Refund Policy

Wisp Pro

If you buy Wisp Pro and it isn't what you hoped, email within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No questions, no forms, no "have you tried". Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

A refund revokes the licence key, and we trust you to stop using Pro features after one. The free version remains yours forever either way.

Future subscriptions

When the Wisp Subscription launches, cancelling will stop future charges while keeping what you already paid for until the end of the paid period. Its trial will not convert silently: Paddle sends a reminder before a trial charges.

Statutory rights

This policy sits on top of, and never beneath, whatever refund rights your local consumer law grants you.
